Shipping & Returns
Dispatch:
All items are normally dispatched within 48 hours of order, subject to payment and availability. UK mainland delivery is normally between 3-5 days.
Orders received before 2pm will normally be dispatched same day subject to availability.
Orders received during weekends, bank holidays and over the Christmas period will be dispatched on the first working day.
In some cases we are able to offer a 24 hour or same day delivery service. Please contact our sales office for details and shipping prices for these options.
Returns Policy:
Order Cancellation:
Please contact us as soon as possible should you wish to cancel an order. Should the order have been dispatched there will be a re-stocking charge, details below.
Unwanted products should be returned in the original packing, unused and in new condition to qualify for a refund. All refunds are subject to a 30% re-stocking charge. Refund will apply to the product only, no refund of shipping charges will be given.
Pumpseal will accept no responsibility for postage charges, or damage to items in transit relating to the returning of any unwanted products. All charges will be bourne by others, and we strongly recommend that a recorded service with damage insurance is used. In the event of the incorrect product being sent by Pumpseal we will accept postage charges subject to agreement.
The following information is required with the returned product:
- Company name and contact details.
- Date of purchase.
- Reason for return.
